Online Coaching FAQs

  • Everyones body reacts and adapts differently and at different paces. Depending on your training intensity and type, nutrition, and how much adherence there is to the plan both in and out of the workouts, will depend on your results time frame.

    I've had clients notice a change within the first 2 weeks, and some notice change from 6 weeks in. Regardless, as long as you are fully committed and give it your all, then the results will happen.

  • As most of us know by now, it's 20% exercise and 80% nutrition. What and how much you eat is the key part to your goals!

    Here at Coached by Shella, I don't believe in boring and restrictive meal plans. The idea is to educate you on how to eat for your goals whilst keeping it enjoyable and not simply giving you a plan to just follow. I want you to be able to learn how to eat a nutritiously whilst being able to incorporate your fave foods.

    Your plan is completely customisable to your needs, so that you will never feel like eating is a chore or a hassle.

  • Of course! end of the day, the best plan is the one that you can stick to!

    I understand that not everyone can make it to the gym or can expense on a gym membership. No matter the location or equipment available, we will adjust to make it work for you and your lifestyle.

  • Yes! all through the coaching app. Through the app you will be-able to log workouts, meals, progress photos, and measurements. That way I can monitor progress and make any adjustments to your plan if needed.

  • You decide. You tell me what you can realistically stick to, and we will create a plan that works for your lifestyle and routine that works best for you.

  • All my clients receive bespoke and tailored plans, alongside on going support.
