Who are you?

Hi there! Allow me to introduce myself…

I’m Shella, and I started my fitness journey back in 2017 as someone that was overweight, very lazy, and would eat without a care for how it would affect me long term. I started to lose self confidence and decided to start my journey of losing weight. However I heavily focused on cardio with very minimal strength training, and was under eating, I had gotten a Personal Trainer at this point and was very naive to the fact that I wasn’t eating enough to put on any/much muscle.

Now did I lose weight here? yes, did I gain any muscle? no, and did I end up achieving my desired physique goals? well only a part of it. I had lost the weight but I also lost muscle mass which lead me to look “skinny fat” meaning I had no definition and hadn’t achieved that desired “toned” look I wanted at the time.

I gradually started educating myself more and more about proper nutrition for certain goals and tailored exercise formats for certain goals. Now from research and lots of trial and error, fast forward to today, I am now a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and an Online Fitness Coach, focusing on body recomposition through strength training and a well balanced nutrition approach.

My aim is to get you results with the emphasis on building sustainable habits, strength training, and nutrition with a positive view, whilst educating you, and coaching you into KEEPING those results.
