Hi, I’m Shella, founder of Coached By Shella.
My fitness journey started back in 2017 when I was overweight, unfit, lacked confidence, and honestly had very little structure or discipline around my health and lifestyle. I felt uncomfortable in my own body, disconnected from myself, and stuck in a cycle of wanting change but never fully committing to it.
Everything changed when I finally decided to stop chasing quick fixes and start building a stronger version of myself properly.
Through years of learning, investing in coaches, educating myself, and applying real structure and consistency, I completely transformed not just my physique, but my mindset, confidence, standards, and lifestyle as a whole.
I built strength.
I built shape.
I built discipline.
And most importantly… I built confidence in myself.
Now, I help women do the same.
