I’m Shella, and I started my fitness journey back in 2017 as someone that was overweight, very lazy, and would eat without a care for how it would affect me long term. I started to lose self confidence and decided to start my journey of losing weight.

Fast forward with the help of other Personal Trainers and Coaches, as well as through my own trial and error and endless research of my own, I rapidly grew my strength, BUILT my shape and sky rocketed my confidence as a whole!
